Most games and broadcasts are at 720p anyway so that's why I choose to set my tv to 720p. I know for games like the show especially the game looks much better and plays smoother at 720p. That video should really give you a good idea on 720p vs 1080i though, it's very helpful.

Hey man i read a comment you made that said you heard 720P was better than 1080i..... So i was wondering is that just for the PS3 settings or for other HD stuff?

Yeah man, i wonder how many people thought of that. I remember when I was a young(still only 31 btw) single dad and we couldnt afford cable, i would fall asleep at night after watching Conan on NBC (one of only 2 channels I got) and laughing till it hurt every weeknight before I went to bed. It was the wildness that really made it funny to me. I hope he's not asked to tone it down b/c it wont be the same.
