A Seasoned Head Coach

I loved the game, but it's the same players every year, if there a way to totally revamp everything with new setting's?

Use different philosophys. Sign/draft different people. Build up some of those players that regularly populate the FA list.

but the best QB in draft is Andre Woodson always, why shall i take Matt Ryan if Andre is better?

The 2008 draft is not the only draft. There are 60 different draft classes, 15 for each path. You can start 4 different careers and get a different path each time. Also , Woodson is not the best Qb in the 2008 draft under different philosphies, as previously stated.

Btw, Woodson is a project player as where Ryan would typicall be ready to start ASAP.

The other thing is QBs in the 2nd year (2009 draft) are pretty much better than Ryan/Woodson.

But yeah, changing the philosophies changes a lot.
